Arbor Forge is a small human-directed, AI-assisted studio developing VERITAS: Two Promises. The work is organized around shared memory: what the world is, why a decision was made, and what evidence is required before something is called complete.

Operating principles

Why the studio exists

To build narrative worlds whose stories, visual language, systems, and consequences do not contradict one another.

Human-directed AI

AI is used as an instrument for exploration and acceleration. Direction, scope, authorship, selection, and acceptance remain human responsibilities.

Documentation as production

Canon, references, provenance, decisions, and standards are part of the work—not administrative debris left behind it.

Quality over breadth

A smaller coherent experience is more valuable than a wide collection of unproven promises. The current playable target is deliberately bounded.
